Group
Therapy
There's something different about doing the work alongside people who understand what you're navigating. Group therapy offers an opportunity to feel less alone in your experiences, build meaningful connections, and discover that growth doesn't always have to happen in isolation. Sometimes, being part of a community can change what's possible for you.

What to Expect from Group Therapy
Group therapy gives you a chance to explore your own patterns while hearing how others make sense of similar challenges. Sometimes another person will put words to something you have been carrying. Other times, their perspective may stretch how you understand your own experience.
Sessions are guided by a clinician and may include conversation, reflection, skill-building, or opportunities to practice new ways of relating. You are encouraged to participate at a pace that feels manageable; you don't need to have the right words or know exactly what you want to say before you begin.
