Family Therapy

Family therapy gives everyone a place to understand what is happening between you and begin building a way of relating that fits the family you are becoming. Together, you can develop more understanding, stronger connection, and new ways forward.

When one person is struggling, the whole family can feel it.

The challenges an individual is experiencing often reflect something happening in the family system. Family therapy helps you look beyond blame and become curious about roles, boundaries, conflict, responsibilities, and transitions—so your family can move toward greater understanding and connection.

OUR APPROACH

We pay attention to how the family is organized.

Family therapy looks at roles, boundaries, alliances, expectations, and the ways people respond to one another.
Our therapists draw from structural, attachment-based, and systemic family therapy approaches to help you understand patterns and create meaningful, lasting change.

WHO COMES TO FAMILY THERAPY?

Sessions may include parents and children, adolescents, adult children and parents, siblings, blended families, caregivers, or other combinations depending on what is clinically useful for your family.

A family can change without erasing its history.

With more understanding, clearer boundaries, and more direct communication, family members can feel closer and more supported. Therapy helps you honor your family's story while making room for new, healthier ways of relating-where everyone can belong and also be themselves.
