Individual Therapy
You may be carrying anxiety, grief, pressure, uncertainty, or a sense that something in your life is no longer working the way it used to. Individual therapy gives you space to slow down, say what has been hard to hold on your own, and begin figuring out what you need now.
You don't have to have it all figured out to begin.

OUR APPROACH

Therapy is a collaborative process.
We won't only focus on what is happening right now. Together, we'll look at the experiences, relationships, expectations, and roles that have shaped how you respond to yourself and others. We may explore family patterns, the stories you've learned about who you are, and the ways you've adapted to get through difficult seasons. The goal isn't to blame the past. It's to understand what still has a hold on the present so you can decide what you want to carry forward.
