Therapy is a journey toward healing—one that begins with a commitment to yourself. At Meaningful Emotion, we provide a safe, affirming space where you can make sense of your experiences—the good, the hard, and everything in between—while working toward meaningful change.

Life comes in seasons, and some are harder to navigate than others. Whether you’re facing stress, trauma, identity challenges, or transitions, therapy offers the support and guidance to move forward with intention.

In our work together, you’ll have the chance to explore both past and present to create a future that feels more aligned with who you truly are. Our therapists are here to help you navigate life’s complexities—from managing emotions and stress to rebuilding confidence and finding new ways to cope.

Investment in Yourself

Therapy is an investment in your well-being and future. Session rates vary depending on the therapist’s level of training and licensure:

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT): $200 per 45-minute session

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA): $150 per 45-minute session

  • Marriage & Family Therapy Intern: $ 75 per 45-minute session

All interns are closely supervised by Dr. Lastenia Francis, PhD, LMFT, ensuring clients receive high-quality, culturally responsive care at a reduced rate.
