Psychotherapy

Therapy is healing when you commit to the process. It's the process of making meaning of your experiences, the good and the bad. It is also the commitment to making the necessary changes in order to transform into the best version of yourself. I offer individuals the ability to work through various aspects of their life from the past and present in order to change their future.  We each go through seasons of life that can be difficult to navigate and require intentionality and increased support in order to make necessary changes.  Therapy provides a space for individuals to work on the issues they have identified while making steps towards change and holistic life.

While I have experience working with many different mental health and relational issues, I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with:

Cost for 45 minute individual sessions is $200 per session.
